We strive to review applications as quickly as possible. However, during periods of high application volume, the process may occasionally take a bit longer.

When do you need someone to start in this position?

If not otherwise indicated, we are looking for someone as soon as possible. However, we never make hiring dependent on availability, rather than focus on the quality. Time factors on the candidate side, such as notice periods are taken into consideration.

When can I expect to hear back regarding the next steps in the interview process?

Following each interview, a recruiter will get back to you within 2 to 3 business days to give you feedback and inform you about the next steps in the interview process.

Every new hire is given a training planner which outlines the goals and expectations of each day/week. This typically lasts anywhere from 6-8 weeks. There are also regular check-in's with the People & Culture department to keep the lines of communication open. Also, there are weekly 1:1 with the new hire’s manager to answer any questions and gather feedback.

We implemented a mobile work policy at DocuWare, which gives you the possibility (after probationary period) to work remotely, or in the office (if applicable to your role). However, we emphasize that it is important to us to meet you regularly in person, in some teams we also have “team days” to guarantee this.

What is the company language?

Our company wide communication is in English, this is why it´s so important for us to test your English conversational skills during the interview process.
