When do you need someone to start in this position?

If not otherwise indicated, we are looking for someone as soon as possible. However, we never make hiring dependent on availability, rather than focus on the quality. Time factors on the candidate side, such as notice periods are taken into consideration.

When can I expect to hear back regarding the next steps in the interview process?

Following each interview, a recruiter will get back to you within 2 to 3 business days to give you feedback and inform you about the next steps in the interview process.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Your first day at DocuWare consists of a onboarding session with the People & Culture team, followed by a lunch break with the team, IT introduction and setting up your workplace.

Every new hire is given a training planner which outlines the goals and expectations of each day/week. This typically lasts anywhere from 6-8 weeks. There are also regular check-in's with the People & Culture department to keep the lines of communication open. Also, there are weekly 1:1 with the new hire’s manager to answer any questions and gather feedback.

What workplace flexibility do you offer?

Most of our positions are based out of our Beacon, NY office and have a hybrid work schedule with two days in office and three days from home. Our core office day is Wednesday and the team can choose between Tuesday and Thursday based on preferences and department needs.

Our channel sales team works 100% remotely unless otherwise defined on the job description.

As an international company our company wide communication is in English. Some of our positions may require additional language skills, such as Spanish, and will be listed as required or preferred on the job description.
