Who we are and what we do

We think product! We bring DocuWare solutions to life, ensuring that our products deliver maximum value and cutting-edge features that set us apart from the competition. Our product managers, user interface designers & researchers and usability managers also set the direction for future product development.

  • The “brain” behind the DocuWare solution, developing product and cloud solutions including innovative features 
  • Divided in three pillars: cloud development, quality assurance and cloud operations 
  • Based in the US, Germany and Bulgaria 
Product management +
  • Responsible for product development
  • Combining technical know-how with strategic thinking to meet partner & customer needs 
UX/UI +
  • Optimizing the usability of DocuWare solutions
  • Strong team consisting of UX researchers, UX designers, service designers and UX writers

This role designs and implements new DocuWare modules, assists in planning and provides third-level support after release.

Product Manager

Drives innovative DocuWare solutions, balancing customer needs and technical feasibility to increase product value and growth.

Security Engineer

This specialist enhances the security of DocuWare Cloud and supports the team to increase the security level of our products.
