Professional services and support may be two separate departments, but we share one goal and one mission: to make our customers and partners as happy as possible. How do we do that? We ensure each DocuWare experience is seamless and tailored to their needs. We strive to answer every question about our software with the utmost knowledge and quality.
This role’s main goal is to provide professional solutions to our customers to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
This role designs and configures DocuWare workflows and translates requirements into solutions to optimize customer processes.
Works closely with the project team to analyze needs, design solutions and manage DocuWare projects to improve customer processes.
