Who we are and what we do

With about 80% of our sales coming through our partner network, DocuWare Sales is divided into two departments: Partner Sales, which is responsible for promoting DocuWare and generating revenue through Authorized DocuWare Partners (resellers), and Inside Sales, which focuses on direct business with end customers.

Partner Sales +
  • +800 partners worldwide 
  • More than 80% of sales are made indirectly through this Partner Network.
  • Partners are organized into various regions/country.
  • They are overseen and supported by our Regional Sales Directors/Managers to ensure their success.
Inside Sales +
  • Direct sales: selling directly to customers
  • Account management: upselling to existing customers
Sales Operations +
  • Order Processing and administrative work such as contract preparation 
  • All transactions pass through this sub team

A trusted advisor for customers, particularly for DocuWare’s direct customers and is the point of contact for every sales related query.

Regional Sales Director

Drives DocuWare sales through partners, is responsible for territory channel development and builds a stable partner network.

Channel Sales Manager

Promotes DocuWare software sales through authorized partners, supports the Regional Sales Director & builds a quality partner network.
