Supporting people, education and local programs
Corporate social responsibility means many things. To us it means investing in the people in our communities and in our planet. We do this by hiring and volunteering locally and by supporting local programs. Since technology can improve lives and education can open minds, we create free programs for the youth and minority communities in Germering, Germany and Beacon, New York.

Ecological Responsibility
Our partnership with One Tree Planted allows us and our customers to support reforestation projects which also helps local communities through employment and by creating a greener environment for them to live in.

Strengthening our community through technology
Education (MINT / STEM)
One of our continuing initiatives is to support local students interested in careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) or MINT through customized, fully funded educational programs.
- Digi Club (Germering): We share our technical know-how in Germany through DigiClub, a tech school that was the brainchild of another of our founders. Offering classes on weekends and school vacations, DigiClub collaborates with
local schools and public institutes to provide technology training to youths interested in careers in IT.
- MINT in Action (Germering)
- Newburgh Armory Unity Center – IT’s Your Future was established to address youth education in Beacon. One of our founders believed that the parents of those youths would value the opportunity to receive a tech-focused education too. In the fall of 2019, we launched a certified tech training course for adults. Once certified, we help them find a job within our wide network of local business partners.
